1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Passport – The Social Travel Network, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Passport.
3. Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Passport a license to display it within the service. You agree not to post unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content, and to respect other travelers.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans (Passport Plus, Pro, Elite) renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. Prices are shown in USD.
5. AI Features
The AI Travel Planner and TravelDate provide suggestions generated by an AI model. They are for inspiration only and may be inaccurate. Always verify travel details independently.
6. Reviews & Community
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We may remove content that violates our guidelines. Businesses may respond to reviews about them.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. See our Privacy Policy and Delete Account page for data handling on termination.
8. Disclaimers & Liability
Passport is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
